Yläkaupungin Yö festival takes over the city on 16th to 17th of May.

The festival is looking for volunteers, and you can apply here. There are several kind of roles for volunteering and you can choose to volunteer for only a few hours or give your time on more days, before and after the festival.

The market place is open on Saturday the 17th. The application form is open now. The market place is located on Seminaarinkatu, and there you can sell food, art, jewelry or what ever skills you have! It’s also possible to apply as a organisation to advertise your hobby group, political party or other. With questions please contact [email protected].

Yläkaupungin Yö production is happy to announce that the executive director Venla Mutanen will be joined by producer Salla Lampi, production coordinator Janina Vuoti and technical producer Milla Purhonen. The theme for the year 2025 is Yhdessä Yössä, “together at Yö”/”in one night”.
